OUR STORY
Our mission is to broaden the market for this thing we love - great tea and teaware. Before Tea Buds began, we were excited to see our favorite tea products here in the US, but shocked by their high prices.
We worked very hard at product sourcing and cost cutting in our business model, so we could offer a product line-up that has all the quality and appeal of those boutique tea stores, but with dramatically lower pricing. We believe we have succeeded in doing exactly that.
We also wanted to create the best shopping experience possible, starting with an unbeatable Satisfaction Guarantee, friendly customer service, and our assurance that your shopping experience is safe and secure. Every product we sell has been carefully selected, quality inspected, and packed for safe delivery. We are certain you are going to be delighted with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, for any reason, please call our customer service (470-539-8008) or email us at sales@teabuds.com within 30 days of your purchase. We will do whatever it takes to gain your complete satisfaction, including a no-hassle refund or exchange.
Product Finder's Reward
At Tea Buds, we are dedicated to finding the best tea products in the world, and making them available in the US market at unbeatable prices. We believe that there is no better source for finding great products than the experience of our tea-loving customers.
If you have experienced a truly remarkable tea product, and find that it is either unavailable or very hard to find in the US, please let us know about it. Send us an email at sales@teabuds.com, with subject line "Product Finder's Reward". Please include as much of the following as possible: product description, name of manufacturer or distributor, location where you encountered the product, photos, and/or any contact information that appears on product packaging.
We will research it, and if we decide to stock the item, we will send you a store credit for $100. Its that simple. Whether or not we are able to source the item from your referral, we will respond to you with our findings and gratitude for your suggestion.
Note: In general, this program does not apply to bulk tea and herbal blends, unless they are not currently marketed in the US.
