   Our Starter Series Yixing Teapots are selected for their high marks across all of our evaluation criteria.

   At a small fraction of the cost of an original master crafted pot, they offer essentially the same form, usability, and famous zisha clay material.  They offer a fun and affordable way to become familiar with the legendary Yixing pottery craft, whether for everyday use or as a great way to start a collection.

Our Collector Series Yixing teapots are distinguished by a combination of attributes that makes them likely to retain value, or increase in value over time.  

 

At Tea Buds, we have been following the work of Yixing Master Craftsmen for more than 10 years.  
In that time, the master works we originally selected as "collectible" have increased greatly in value.  Most of the pots in this collection are the work of emerging or unknown artists, with a few by Craft Masters and their assistants.
