Elegant Bamboo Teapot

Our Elegant Bamboo Teapot is a sophisticated adaptation of the classic bowl-shaped pot.  The artist tapered the handle and spout, widening them and eliminating join lines to the bowl.  The result is a very polished look, accented by skillful carvings and caligraphy.  The nature theme is puncuated with a beetle on the lid.  Needlesss to say, functionality fully lives up to the Yixing tradition.
