Origin: Taiwan
How to prepare it: We recommend a washing round, swirling the leaves for 15 or 20 seconds, and then placing the washed leaves for your first infusion. Steep 1-1/2 tsp. per cup, at 212 degrees, for 3-5 minutes. Don’t go over 5 minutes, especially on the first infusion.
