According to Chinese legend, this famous tea from Fujian province resembles monkey paws. It is hand-processed in the spring of each year. Plucking consists of one bud and one leaf. Our's is the same premium grade you can find at the high-end mall stores, and it earns a lot of praise, especially at our low price.

Tasting Notes: Sweet aroma, with sugary apple and walnut. Flavor includes cocoa and a bit of spice, with a full, rich mouthfeel.
Origin: Fujian Province, China
How to prepare it: Steep about 1 teaspoon per cup at 212 degrees, for 3-5 minutes. Start with about 3 minutes, then longer on subsequent infusions.
