High Handle Flat Teapot, Red

This pot features an abstract mountain-nature scene on one side, and chinese caligraphy on the other.  It is a classic design, with a high loop handle and flat, flying saucer shaped pot.  As with the Blue version, also listed on this page, these would normally command a higher price, but we discounted our current lot considerably, due to stray inking, which you can see in the photos. The stray ink can be cleaned with a wet cloth, a firm scraping motion, and persistence. Or, just leave it if you like a more antique look.
