By combining premium Ceylon tea with traditional chai spices, including cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and ginger, this chai blend delivers all the warmth and comforting qualities you know and love, without too much peppery bite. It is a wonderful chai, which you can enjoy plain, sweetened, or with milk and sugar. Our favorite way was using traditional methods of preparation, with a long simmering steep, adding milk and sugar the last few minutes… irresistibly delicious.

Tasting Notes: Warm, spicy aroma, with lots of clove and cinnamon. The flavor brings forward ginger, cardamom and bright Ceylon tea. It is zesty, spicy and comforting; not as peppery as some other chai blends.

How to Prepare it: [Plain] Steep 2 rounded tsp. per cup in simmering water for about 5 minutes, then sweeten to taste. [Traditional] Steep 2 heaping tsp. per cup in simmering water for about 3 minutes, then add milk (anywhere from 1:2 up to 1:1 ratio). Return to simmer for an additional 5 minutes, and then sweeten to taste.
