We do not stock a lot of fruit blends at Tea Buds. In fact, we only stock the ones that score unanimous high marks in our evaluations and consistently win praise from customers. Clearly, this one passed our test. It plays just the right balancing act to bring out the sweet and tart characteristics of fresh raspberries. In our evaluations, we found that by adding small increments of sweetener, starting from zero, each taster could find the balance that suited them perfectly. It is truly one of the best fruit blends on the market.

Tasting Notes: Fresh raspberries, apple, rose hips and hibiscus form a blend that is tangy and a bit tart. Even small amounts of sweetener alter the balance, bringing the fresh raspberry into keen focus. It is jammy, fruity and floral, creating a nice balance, and has no artificial qualities. One of the best fruit blends we have encountered.

How to Prepare it: Steep one rounded tsp. per cup at 212 degrees for 5 minutes.
